  • Clarendon Family Day Care Inc. provides a culturally diverse, year-round, full-day educational child development program for children ranging in age from birth to 13 years.

  • We offer Nighttime and Weekend Child Care options.

  • Customized referrals to qualified Early Childhood Professionals that meet your child’s individual needs.  

  • Personalized assistance from a childcare specialist to help you through the childcare selection process including transportation to and from interviews.

  • Parents and Providers benefit from the support and technical assistance that a Child Care System can offer, including a multi-lingual staff.

  • Door-to Door Transportation for your children between your home or their schools and their Child Care Providers   

  • CFDC supports childhood growth by making the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program available to every child enrolled in our programs.

  • Financial Services to Providers - Providers receive daily reimbursement for their services from a team of highly experienced financial experts that perform all aspects of state billing on their behalf.  Eliminating hours of time each month from Provider’s busy schedules and allowing for more one-on-one time with children.  Providers also receive free annual Tax Preparation workshops and individualized consultations. 

  • CFDC Home Monitors visit every Family Child Care Home at a minimum of two visits per month to monitor and evaluate curriculum, safety procedures, nutrition, and regulatory compliance.

  • All children receive two developmental screenings per year using the Ages and Stages Assessment tool. Infants and children with special needs are assessed three times per year.  CFDC staff work with families and facilitate referrals between parents and Early Intervention Services (Thom Anne Sullivan Early Childhood Programs and South Bay Mental Health Centers.

  • CFDC conducts on-site income-eligibility assessments for parents that may be eligible for Financial Assistance or Child Care Subsidies

  • All Providers receive a monthly educational curriculum guide that meets the standards for Massachusetts DOE pre-school guidelines.  Providers submit monthly curriculum documenting activities to ensure that each child’s developmental needs are met. 

  • Professional Development Training Opportunities CFDC mandates and provides a minimum of thirty (30) hours annually of Professional Development Training for all Providers; including access to National Conferences and scholarship opportunities for qualifying individuals. 

  • Monthly workshops on topics ranging from Behavioral Red Flags to Developmentally Appropriate Practices and all areas of Childhood Health and Safety are also open to all parents.
